Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your MedCall experience. Here’s how refunds work.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee as shown at booking.

No-shows

If our professional arrives and you are not available, the booking may be charged in full and no refund will be issued.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. They will appear on your card or payment account depending on your bank or payment provider.
